Here is the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at threadtales.nl.

 

Shipping and Processing Time

We ship all orders via PostNL.

We will do our best to process all orders within 3 business days after the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping times depend on your location.

We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier.

 

We ship both domestically and to a select number of international destinations (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxemburg, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland).

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout -  you will be able to make an estimation of the shipping costs in your shopping card.

 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. Threadtales.nl is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided by the costumer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a refund of the original order will take place (excluding the shipping costs).

No shipping to P.O. Boxes.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via PostNL. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal update.

 

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes.

Threadtales.nl is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

 

Damages

Threadtales.nl is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
